Friday, September 4th

4:00pm - 7pm: Packet pick up at Meadowlark Pavilion. Racers can pre-purchase (or show registration) race day entry fee/hangtag to expedite race day entry. Racers may set up their tent during packet pick up with the understanding that the Race Officials are not responsible for unattended items. 

 

Saturday, September 5th

06:00 AM: Packet Pickup & Sign In opens at Pavilion. Solo Runner DROP BAGS 

06:45 AM: Race Briefing for 12 Hr (Mandatory).

07:00 AM: START for 12 Hour Race  

12:45 PM: Race Briefing for 6 Hr (Mandatory). 

1300 (1:00PM): START for 6 Hour Race  

1700 (5:00 PM): 10/4 Hours Into race: Open Inner 1 mile loop for continuous laps.

ACTION: RD announces "The Short Course is OPEN for all Runners!"

1800 (6:00 PM): Entry to Lake Perimeter Pink Loop closed. No new 10-mile loops allowed. All runners coming through the finish must now commit exclusively to the 1 mile loop.

1900 (7:00 PM): All Races FINISH. Turn in all popsicle sticks–this is the RUNNER’s RESPONSIBILITY.  

1930 (7:30 PM): Awards Ceremony

2000 (8:00 PM): Any tents, drop bags, or items left on site after 8pm will be donated to Goodwill.
